Question:
If one were to skip parts of psukei dzimrah (everything except for Baruch sheomar, ashrei and yistabach) does he repeat it after davening and if so what order?
Answer:
It is controversial. Some poskim say that one should, others though say that one specifically shouldn’t, because it “mixes things up in shomayim”, because it is respectful to praise after requesting ones needs. Others though say that it may be said, however it should be done not as a part of davening but as merely saying tehillim (Oz Nidberu 3-45(1), and if it difficult for him he doesn’t have to. Piskei Teshuvos (52-3) says that this opinion is what should be followed
If one is going to say it after davening I would assume that it should be in the regular order.
