Answer:
Yes we do “sell chometz”, you can appoint Horav Y. Fleishman shlit”a to sell you chometz for you. Essentially it is for Eretz Yisroel time, however it can be sold for any country, with a minor change.
If you are selling your chometz and you are in a country that is AHEAD of Israel, such as the Far east, Austrailia, then you should specify to the Rov that you wish to sell your chometz from the 13th of Nissan. This will surely be before the time that chometz is prohibited in your country. The reason you should do this is because the regular time that the Rov sells the chometz is an hour or two before the time that chometz is prohibited to own chometz, (the deadline for burning chometz).
If you are in a country that is BEHIND Israel, (i.e. Europe the USA and Canada) you should not eat from the chometz that you are selling to the goy from the time that people in Eretz Yisroel can’t benifit from the chometz.selling your chometz. This shouldn'[t be much of an issue except that you shouldn’t eat from that chometz in the morning of erev pesach. Dinonline sells chometz for people in Australia and that area with a Rov there, so it will not be an issue for those people.
Regarding the end of Pesach, that is not an issue because each person aquires it back after Yom Tov is over for him, in his place.
