I own house in a Montreal country place ,have the first house and second 3rd house belongs to 3rd party 4th house owned by 2 other people house in horrible condition .
4th house willing to sell ,would like to buy for my daughter ,the 3rd house owner also wants it ,the owner will not sell it to him as they are in bad terms for what ever reason.
may I buy it can he have claim against me .
have other option of renting and fix up house ,but what happens after

If he can’t possibly join the houses together he won’t have a claim of bar metso or if the seller is willing to let you pay it out over time, he doesn’t have to give him those conditions and he can tell him he has to pay right away.
