Does a woman who cannot see the Torah in the women's section say the verse V'zos HaTorah....?
Answer:
Someone who cannot see the letters of the sefer torah at all does not say V’zos hatorah, as the words mean, “ and this is the torah…” and if it isn’t be seen, he/ she can’t say “and this”.
