Weird situation, but basically there’s a guy that occasionally borrows money from credit cards. I find people to give their cards to be swiped. He also gives 2 percent on top of paying the credit card back. I keep the 2% or sometimes give half to the person swiping.

If there is no heter iska, then you are not allowed to be involved here, because you are an agent a loan of ribbis. However, if there will be a heter iska between the two parties, then you are only an agent for a business deal that went on between them, and you wouldn’t have to be included in the heter iska.
