i rented a car and it got damaged must i pay for original parts or can i fix it at any responsible garage?
Answer:
If it is obvious that they are charging a higher price than should be-because they work with a specific garage and get a kickback from it-since they are conniving to cheat the customer you can fix at a honest reliable garage-not an Arab bec you don’t have to be victimized and they are acting improperly and illegally
However, if their person does a better job then if it says in the contract that you have to let them fix-it would seem you have to abide by the contract
