Question:
I don’t have anymore dishtowels. Can I wash a few for use?
Answer:
The leniency to wash dirty clothes during the nine days is when the item is dirty and unusable. It is hard to hear that dishtowels, that are meant to merely dry clean dishes, while they may get wet and need to dry, but they don’t get dirty. Therefore they should not get washed.
