The hotel itself is alright, however some of the roads in its vicinity are problematic, meaning that you have to be careful how you get there. There is a Bais Hor'aah that specializes in the halachos of Tumas Kohanim called Bais Hora'ah Taharas Kohanim, which put out a map of the area, and other places in Teveria that are problematic, which I scanned for you and I hope that you will be able to understand it.
