Does seaweed (for making sushi) need a Hechsher?
If yes, can one rely on a weaker Hechsher in which one normally doesn't rely on for meat/chicken or Ma'aser/Orlah, or should one not veer from his normal standard or Kashrus?

Sushi seaweed can have serious issues of infestation, and therefore it need a good hechsher, that can be relied upon for this.
