If one doesn’t have a siddur and the only way to daven shemone esrei is by accessing an online siddur, is one allowed to continuously tap the mouse to scroll down while davening, akin to turning the pages of a siddur or is this considered prohibited while daveing Shemone Esrei?

I would assume that it is as you say, that is the same as turning pages of a siddur.
