Tachanun During Selichos when at a Bris

Do we say Tachanun at the end of Selichos when there is a Bris at the end of davening?

If the selichos is before also hashachar, everyone agrees that tachanun is said. Even after daybreak it is controversial, and according to a number of poskim we still say tachnun. This is because the bris only effects the tachanun of shacharis, but not of selichos, similar to Erev Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur when we say tachanaun in selichos but not by shacharis.

Kitzeh Hamateh 602-22, Shevet Halevi 4-54 (5), Sefer Minhagei Maharam (M’rotenborg) pg. 4, R’ Y. Cahen shlit”a all say that we say tachanun by selichos even after sunrise. Sefer Pischei Teshuva 581, Piskei Teshuuvos say that after also before netz it is questionable but after sunrise we don’t.
