A pareve spoon touched milk, it was put out away and not used for 2-3 weeks. Can it now be used as pareve? CAN you elaborate on all pertinents HALACHOS?

It really depends on what it touched. If the milk was hot it could have made the spoon milky, and it would stay this way until it is kashered, even if it wasn’t used for a few weeks. However it is possible that it even though it touched milk, it never became milky. Please write the specifics of what happened and we can then answer you better.
