When to say netilyat yadayim/asher yatzar in morning

Question:

In most Nusach Ashkenaz siddurim, netliyat yadayim and asher yatzar are included in the beginning. Should these be said at home after washing hands and going to the bathroom in the morning, or is it okay to say then when you get to shul at the beginning of shacharit?

Answer:

It is ok and according to the Mishna Berura, it is preferred to say it with the other brachos after washing your hands at shacarit.
