if one has hebrew names but also have secular names are both sets of names recognized in halacha? meaning could one theoretically even sign halachic contracts with the secular name?

Answer:

Theoretically you can, however when it comes to signing a kesubah or get, the minhag is to sign with the name that one is called to for an aliya.
