breaking minyan

Question:

A person is makpid to always daven with asara mispallelim, as required by some poskim, and not to rely on six (which is questionable). If one is in a shul where he sees that he is #10 but they will not have asara misplallelim (some people davened already), does he have the right to walk out and go somewhere else to daven with asara mispallelim, or is he obligated to stay in that shul and daven in a questionable minyan even though he does not wish to do so? May one break the minyan (before it starts) so to avoid putting himself in a situation where it is highly questionable if one is even yotzi?

Answer:

If you walk out no one will have a minyan, and you are ruining it for everyone, which is worse than b’dieved..

Best Wishes
