If you are staying in hotel and boss jonnie tells his non-Jewish worker they forgot to plug in the warmer . Go plug in now so they will have hot food. Can you eat the food?
Answer:
If most of the guest or even half of the quest in the hotel are Jews it is considered as if the gentile did melacha for the Jew and we may not eat the food on Shabbos.
