Shehechianu Again

Question:

BS”D

Shalom dear Rabbi.

Question: if a person makes a purchase of a new object for his personal use and then makes the B’rakhah of Shehecheianu, but soon after B’rakhah finds that it did not serve well, by making the exchange of the object to another of the same model but in its number that is to him i saw well, do you have to do the B’rakhah of Shehecheiánu again?

Shavuah tov

Answer:

No you would not say shehechiyanu again, because it is would be like fixing the old one, and the simcha is not so big. (Coupled with the fact that many don’t say the bracha at all).

Best wishes
