Answer:
You should not remove the hair from it on Shabbos. If the brush has hairs entangled in it, this means that when it is used it pulls out hairs, therefore it should not be used on Shabbos at all, and pulling out any hairs will be preparing for after Shabbos, besides that the brush will be muktza.
