If s/o posted in general on text group if a/o knows if dr X is good-& I know that he is cuz he helped Bh few family members ,b my sister he touched(abused)Do I privately/publicly text her/on group or not respond at all ?About warning her x to go to him w/o s/o else in the room?

You should not answer her in public, but you can tell her privately, that there is reason to be choshesh (careful) in this area.
