A man should not chas v'shaom shave all of his head with a shaver, because this is a violation of the commandment prohibiting removing one's payos. It is true that nowadays in some communities this can be great challenge, because there are certain countries that such a haircut is in style. Nevertheless, the Torah tells us that leaving of some hair at the temples, helps give us a Jewish identity, herefore one should not shave ones payos.
