If the man (bnei noach) is married, can he have sexual intercourse with unmarried woman?
Answer:
It is forbidden if the woman is married, but if the man is married it isn't a correct thing to do, to say the least, however from a halachic standpoint is isn't considered as if he broke a transgression.
Best wishes

See Rambam Hilchos Milachim 9 7,8, which are the relationships that are forbidden, it is a married woman and a number of relatives. A married man by Jewish law may (but not recommended to) marry a second wife, as he doesn't become an ervah to anyone (except his wife's relatives) because of his marriage.
