Question:
Girls dancing at a kosher wedding do we girls have to stop dancing when men wrongfully come to the side of the michatza my friends tell me we have to stop
What about if the mechitza doesn’t go all the way over
Thanks again my teenage Daughter is asking the question
Answer:
There are places that the girls will stop dancing if they see that men are watching them, however halachically it is permitted for them to continue dancing. It is not lifnei iver because they are not doing anything to cause the other to sin, they are coming to the private place that they are dancing. See https://dinonline.org/2018/06/30/women-dancing-at-a-wedding-behid-a-mechitza-when-man-is-watching/
If the mechitza doesn't cover them, and the men can see them from above it then it is problematic.
