Contract between spouses concerning children’s computer access

Question:

Can a husband and wife sign a contract that the husband will not give the children access to his computer when the wife is not at home? Can they do so if in the past the husband said that he would not give the children access to his computer when his wife wasn’t at home, but was persuaded otherwise by the children, that is, if there is a certain chance that the contract would be broken?

Answer:

If you think that it will help, then by all means do so, however if you are not sure if it will help, then making the contract will just make things worse.
