There was piece of cheese stick, a small one that fell into chicken soup, ansd was then removed. Chicken soup was half of pot in refrigerator. Is the pot still kosher

Since the soup as in the refrigerator, it was cold, and the cheese will not impart any taste unless it was there for 24 hours, which from your question doesn’t sound like that is what happened. Therefore the pot is alright. In fact if the cheese was taken out whole, and it didn’t sit in the pot, the soup is also permitted to eat.
