In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic we have all been using alcohol based hand sanitizers. Will we be able to continue using this product and similar products like sterilization wipes that contain rubbing alcohol on Pessach?
Answer:
In consultation with a kashrus professioinal, it is not an issue for Pesach because it can not be distilled, and turned into alchohol. Therefore it is not an issue to use it for Pesach.
