Returning advance payments because of corona

Im curious,
What are the halachos of people who had to close their business because of corona.
ie returning payment made in advance
Ie a school returning tuition
A playgroup returning the remainder of a months payment

How about does an employer need to finish a months salary to an employee who gets a monthly salary?
Or to finish a week of a weekly salary?
