Question:
For those congregations that will miss krias haTorah for one or (c"v) weeks, should those parshiyos be read when IY"H shul resumes? What about the tircha detzibbura?
Answer:
There is a preference to hearing all of the parshios, however it is not required for more than one parcha that was missed. IY"H this terrible gezera will end soon and we will all be able to go back to the shuls that we were temporarily not allowed to attend.
