Hi , I noticed that you answered a question about ‘buying back’ that you DO buy back the chometz but also regarding a question about acquiring it back in different time zones, that each person acquired it back at the individual time that he chooses to…how does that work exactly?
Answer:
If they wouldn’t buy back the chometz, they are not allowed to eat it after Pesach.
There is a stipulation that the Jew is not acquiring his chometz back, until he actually picks it up, and for the people in different time zones, they actually pick it up later.
