If someone is not davening with a minyan on Friday night, can he/she say Magan Avos without the beginning and ending brachos?

Answer:
Yes he may say the paragraph of Magen Avos without the paragraphs before and after it even when one is davening without a minyan. Essentially the whole part from boruch ato until the end bracha Mekadesh HaShabbos is meant only when a permanent minyan is davening together, and not even for a temporary minyan, however the Rema 268-8 says that one may say the middle paragraph even when davening alone.
