Hi.
My son due to the covid 19 as no cheder, only 2 hours a day telephone conference from Rebbe Gemoro and Chumash, and no english and no buses expense and so on..
Do I need to pay the full tuition per month. it is 3 month till the summer in NYC or I could pay just half as it make sense because why should I receive the full financial damage because this pandemic ? and not be shard together please provide sources if you can!!
