Do most non-chassidim follow the Magen Avraham or Gra for the latest time of shema and amidah?

Most people follow the Gr”a in this regard, as is the standard in the United States etc. There are many minyonim though in E. Yisroel that are in time for the Magen Avrohom’s time. For the Amidah, most people rely on the Gr”a’s time
