Do divorced men wear a kittel?

Question:

Do divorced men wear a kittel?

Answer:

While I haven’t seen anything regarding a kittel , the Poskim do discuss if a married man wears a tallis, and they say that he does. The minhag that before a man is married that he doesn’t wear a tallis is only because the person hasn’t reached the level of being married. However, once that level was attained, he doesn’t lose it when he gets divorced or his wife passes away.

Best wishes
