Lubricant on Shabbas

Hi, can one use liquid or silicone lubricant on Shabbos?

It isn’t clear from your question which halachos you are referring to. My assumption is that you  are asking in regard to memareiach- smearing. If it is runny and not thick it would be permitted, however if it is thicker than that it isn’t.
