If someone davened shacharit without a minyan on a fast day like Shiva Asar B’Tammuz and forgot to say selichot then, can he say it in the afternoon?

Answer:
Yes selichos can be said in the afternoon. However when a person says selichos without a minyan, he doesn’t say the 13 middos of H-shem, H-shem. Additionally he doesn’t say any mention of the 13 middos, therefore he skips the words “וזכור לנו היום ברית שלש עשרה” .
