Is a splinter that is closed in under the skin (fully covered by skin under the top of the foot sole,) a chatzitza for the mikvah (woman)

It is not a chatzitza, because it is considered inside and a part of her body, since it is enclosed by the skin. It is advisable to get rid of it anyways because it can cause an infection, but as far as halacha is concerned it is not an issue, and it does not have to be removed.
