I like to shampoo, then wash my right arm, left arm, right leg, left leg, then my face and then use conditioner. Is this wrong to wash the face at the end? I like it to be the last thing and use a special soap.

According to halacha we wash our head, including face before washing the rest of our body. This is showing prominence to the more important parts of our body by washing them first. You can wash your face with the special soap, and then use the other soap to wash the rest of your body afterwards.
