Can Tzedakah given for someone's refuah (or any other need like parnasa, shidduchim etc) be counted for Maaser if given to situation that one is allowed to give Maaser to?

Answer:
Yes, you are allowed to give maaser money to a tzedakah and also say that it should be for a refuah shleima etc. and it is still considered proper tzedakah.
