Question:
Who should say the berachah of the shofar? Only those who blow or those who listen have to do brachah as well?
Answer:
The custom is that the person blowing the shofar makes the bracha, and has everyone in mind. This is even if already heard the shofar. However when a man who already fulfilled the mitzva, is blowing for women, then one of the women should make the bracha for the others, and not the man.
