Wine and meat

Question:

When a person cooks meat with wine, what brachah should do? HaGefen or Shehakol?

Answer:

The bracha is shehakol. The reason for this is because the wine is only there in order to accompany the meat and give it a good taste, therefore it is a tafel to the meatand doesn’t have a bracha.
