Due to my being high risk re Corona, I might be saying Erev R"H Selichos bYechidus. Are there certain Selichos that would constitute "must say" vs "nice to say" etc etc

Answer:
When saying selichos b’yichidus one does not say the 13 middos “ Hahsem, Hashem,…” in fact we also skip they are mentioned in passing. Additionally, anything that is in Aramaic is skipped. Other then that you can say the rest of the selichos according to the minhagim of your shul.
If you can't say all of the selichos, here is an abridged edition, which might help you in your situation.סליחות ערב ראש השנה
As a side point remember to do hataras nedarim.

IE. I really don't see myself saying Selichos by myself for 4 hours. Are there any that are considered FOR SURE SAY THESE and rest etc etc

Hi,
I don't know what nusach of selichos you say, but if you say nusach Ashkenaz here is a list of selichos that a number of shuls say in Eretz Yisroel, according to nusach Ashkenaz. My understanding is that this is what is said in Ponevez, and in numerous shuls in Kiryat Sefer. I am attaching it to the original post.
Have kesiva v'chasima tova.
