I had a procedure several months ago to fix an increased heart rate, since then it is mostly okay bh but it is still somewhat elevated due to anxiety about health issues, which also causes some dizziness. My doctor feels that i can fast if i drink enough on the day before the
fast unless i feel very faint or lightheaded. If this c''v happens is it better to drink water with shiurim or a bitter drink without a shiur? thank you very much.

From a practical standpoint it is better to drink shiurim.
