My phone may be quite dirty and I’ve touched it at various points with dirty hands, am I still permitted to use it for Torah study/davening? Must I wash my hands after using my phone before doing those activities?

Thank you for your question.
If your hands are only diry from plain dirt, there is no issue with using your phone to daven or learn. however in the rare event that your phone got fecal matter on it, then it would have to be cleaned off before using it for davening or learning.
