My frum neighbor has a tree that large branches have fallen down. So far they have all landed in his backyard. There is one branch that seems to be heading for my garage if it falls. I understand that he isn’t obligated to help pay to cut down that branch (nor can he stop me from cutting it down on my own). My question is if I don’t cut it down & it ends up falling & damaging my property is he responsible to pay if I previously warned him about it?
