Someone bought me a smartwatch which i would use for exercising and and it looked pretty regular. After looking it up it came out that it is officially for woman. in my opinion it doesn’t look feminine the only thing which is different about the men’s version is that its made bulkier to look more rugged (whereas this is more slimline) would it be permitted for me to wear it or would it be considered beged isha.

Such type of things are hard to know. I would advise you to go to a store that sells these types of watches, show them the watch and ask them who it is meant for. If they say it is only for women, then it would be a problem, but they might say, it could be used by both, then it would be alright.
