Regarding cookies left uncovered overnight near someone sleeping- may they be eaten or is it like peeled egg and should be discarded?

Answer:
The fact that they were uncovered is not a problem, as this issue only applies to onions, garlic and eggs. If the cookies were not underneath a sleeping person, but only next the sleeping person they are still fine to eat.
