Hello Rav,
If a man is determined to be ritually impure is he not allowed to touch people? I have been concerned of this issue and again an issue that has been keeping me constantly worried

Answer:
There is no issue whatsoever with touching other people. Nowadays the whole idea of tuma (ritual impurity) is not really applicable, even for impurities that are of biblical origin, such as coming in contact with a dead body. This is because we unfortunately don’t have the Bais Hamikdash, the kohanim don’t eat from the holy offerings, or tithes given to them. Therefore, even the original impurities don’t apply nowadays.
