Is it a problem when, on the first day of the shivas neki’im, one only does a bedike in the morning and not in the afternoon before Shkie? If it is a problem, does it mean that I have to redo Hefsek tahara and start all over again? Thank you so much!

Essentially you should make two bedikos each of the seven days, however b’dieved if you made one bedika on the first day you do not have to redo the hefsek tahara.
