What can you consume before Kiddush on Friday evening after 10 Tevet? After end of fast we are invited for Shabbat dinner which might be quite a bit after the Tanit Assara Betevet has finished.

We don’t eat or drink anything before making kiddush on Shabbos eve, and you will surely be quite hungry at that point. I would advise you to make kiddush right after the fast is finished, and eat some cake after making kiddush, the same way we do in the morning, when we make kiddush eat some cake and eat the Shabbos meal later on. This way you won’t be hungry.
