I left a box of opened uncooked pasta in a kitchen cabinet or counter. I cooked it and then realized that I dont know if there is a concern about bugs because it was sitting for weeks without being in closed container? Could this be a problem? (I ilve in the USA)
In general, pasta does not have infestation unless it was stored for a long time. Unless the pasta has an unusual amount of powder on the bottom of the bag, you don’t have to worry about it.
