Hi,
I have neighbors who are always causing problems- making noise until all hours of the night, blocking my driveway, parking on the sidewalk, etc. I think they are Jewish but I am not 100% sure. We have tried talking to them about it many times but nothing ever changes. Are we allowed to call the police?

It isn’t any problem to call the police even if they are Jewish. Today beis din cannot do anything to help in this situation. Therefore the Rashbo rules that one may turn to the authorities to enforce the law. Besides that they won’t be put in jail and otherwise be treated unjustly.
